The Thistlegorm wreck project.

The Thistlegorm ship wreck is off the coast of Egypt. It was a Royal Navy cargo ship that was sunk by a German bomber during the second world war. I dived n it twice and managed to get right inside the spaces 30 metres down. It was amazing how the ship was relativley intact and their were still trucks and supplies in the cargo bays. It was a ghostly remoinder of the horror of war and is now one of the worlds top dive sites. Whilst I was there an Australian diver had just found the fin from the German bomber that had sunk the Thistlegrom.
